Cheesy, creamy, delicious vegetarian mushrooms caps I just made.
Remove stem from mushrooms, dice and mix with a spoonful of mayonnaise, some cambazola cheese, shredded sage, oregano leaves, and a dash of cream. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 12-13 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle shredded asiago on top. Return to oven for four minutes — serve hot!
